Capital Markets AttorneyTruist is currently seeking a capital markets attorney to serve as an Associate General Counsel as a part of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets legal team. The Investment Banking and Capital Markets legal team provides legal services related to Truist Securities' investment banking business, including debt and equity capital markets, M&A advisory, equity and fixed income sales and trading, and equity research. Maintain strong, productive relationships with key internal clients while serving as a trusted legal advisor, legal risk manager, and business partner.
Serve as a subject matter expert in support of Truist's Investment Banking and Capital Markets line of business, with a particular focus on securities and M&A advisory. This role requires in-office presence and may be based in Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA.
