Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis.
- Prepare for and attend hearings, court proceedings, and other legal matters.
- Provide legal counsel and support to clients in collaboration with senior attorneys.
- Negotiate on behalf of clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate client files and records.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to effectively serve clients.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Junior-level candidates: Motivated to learn and develop their legal practice.
- Senior-level candidates: Demonstrated experience independently managing legal matters and providing legal counsel.
