Responsibilities
- Draft discovery requests and responses
- Write and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Conduct legal research
- Manage litigation files from inception through resolution
- Track billable time accurately
- Analyze liability in complex matters
- Maintain ethical standards in all matters
Qualifications
- Active California bar license
- 1–10 years of experience
- Strong writing and research skills

Compensation
