Litigation Associate – Pasadena, CaliforniaA well-established California civil litigation defense firm is expanding its litigation team in response to a significant increase in wildfire litigation and is seeking multiple Litigation Associates to join its Pasadena office.This is more than a traditional insurance defense position. Attorneys receive meaningful litigation responsibility from the outset, managing cases from inception through resolution while taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, attending hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences, negotiating settlements, and assisting with trial preparation. This is not a document review role; associates gain substantial courtroom exposure and hands-on litigation experience.The firm is known for its collaborative culture and strong commitment to mentorship.
