Attorney – Health Plan RecoveryOwn high-stakes health plan recovery outcomes for some of the largest health plans in the country.In this role, you and Intellivo act on behalf of the health plan to pursue and resolve complex subrogation matters across ERISA, Non-ERISA, and fully insured plans. You will lead negotiation strategy and drive financial outcomes by representing the health plan in recovery efforts against plaintiff attorneys, insurance carriers, and adjusters.You will handle matters involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall claims, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation cases, ensuring the health plan's reimbursement interests are protected and maximized.This is not a traditional legal role.
