Candidates should possess:
Ability to interpret state and federal laws, rules, and regulations
Strong organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively

Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe
Problem-solving skills
Ability to review documentation for accuracy
Committed to timely meeting deadlines

Experience in information gathering/research
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Providing legal advice
Performing extensive research
Preparing recommended orders and opinions
Reviewing and drafting responses to Open Records Requests, subpoenas, and agency requests
Performing other duties as assigned

Must maintain any required licensure(s), certification(s), or other credentials for the length of employment in this job classification.
