The Role

• Lead Sophisticated Transactions: Take senior-level responsibility for securities offerings, financings and broader corporate matters.
• Capital Markets Exposure: Advise issuers, underwriters, placement agents and investors across public and private equity and debt transactions.
• Broader Corporate Work: Gain exposure to M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, corporate governance and private equity transactions.
• Direct Client Responsibility: Work closely with senior decision-makers and become a genuine strategic adviser rather than remaining one layer within a large deal team.
