Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and create strong case strategies.
Representing clients in trials, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Draft winning pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
Conduct client and witness discovery and depositions to uncover the key facts.
Participated in negotiations.
Advise clients keeping their best interests top of mind regarding litigation risks, and opportunities throughout the process.
Stay abreast of new laws and trends.
Requirements
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
At least 5 years of litigation experience

Experience in healthcare or employment law is a plus
Track record of managing multiple cases and deadlines
Experience with civil procedure, evidence rules, and courtroom etiquette
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Fluency with legal research tools
