The firm concentrates on family law, criminal defense, and personal injury matters, offering comprehensive guidance through complex and often emotionally challenging legal situations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with litigation experience (preferred) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom, highly organized, able to manage a dynamic caseload from intake through resolution, and someone who is fun to work with!

Responsibilities

• Handle cases from start to finish
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Attend hearings, mediations, trials, arbitrations, and negotiations
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and staff
• Develop case strategy in collaboration with attorneys
• Maintain accurate case files and meet all deadlines
• Conduct thorough legal research utilizing tools such as Westlaw to support case preparation and legal opinions.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (required)
• Litigation experience preferred
• Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
