Our team is made up of a Managing Partner, Senior Associate, 3 Associates, and Support Staff. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while handling a variety of legal matters, particularly in transactional and defense law.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements for municipal and government clients.Conduct legal research to support case preparation and provide sound legal advice.Represent clients in administrative hearings, negotiations, and court proceedings as needed.Assist senior attorneys in case management, including preparing for trials and hearings.Maintain knowledge of changes in laws and regulations that impact municipal and government entities.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar Association in the relevant jurisdiction.2+ years of experience in transactional law and defense law.Knowledge of municipal law, government and public entities, environmental law and consumer protectionStrong research and writing skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.BenefitsHealth and Vision Insurance - Presbyterian - 70% covered by the firm for employees only.
