Responsibilities:
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate-planning documents
- Handle probate and estate administration matters
- Advise clients on asset protection, succession planning, and related issues
- Manage matters independently while providing responsive client service
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio law license
- Experience with probate, estate planning, or estate administration
- Strong drafting, communication, and client-service skills
