Position: Senior Litigation Attorney, General Liability Defense

Location: Downtown Dallas

Join a top-tier boutique defense firm as a Senior Attorney leading complex cases in premises liability, products liability, toxic torts, construction litigation , and personal injury defense .

The firm is looking for an experienced defense litigation attorney to lead a busy docket of cases, including cases ready to go to trial.

Base pay range

$170,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Manage high-exposure cases from start to finish
• Serve as lead trial counsel and client advisor
• Collaborate with AV Preeminent-rated colleagues on case strategy
• Lead cases all the way through to trial

What you’ll receive as part of the role may include salary and bonuses; the posting notes a salary range of $170K–$200K and 1,920 billable hours annually, plus health insurance and a path to a partner track.

Required experience

• 5+ years’ litigation experience (general liability or similar)
• Proven trial success
