Responsibilities
- Negotiate and resolve pending litigation.
- Prepare, review, and file pleadings, discovery, and motions.
- Attend hearings and trials within your assigned region (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed).
- Collaborate with staff and opposing counsel to achieve fair, efficient case resolutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Maryland.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze cases and negotiate effective settlements.
