A law firm seeks an Attorney in Chicago, Illinois, to represent clients in civil matters related to creditors' rights. Duties

• Manage and litigate a volume caseload of default servicing matters related to residential foreclosure actions.
• Draft and argue motions necessary for the successful completion of both routine and contested foreclosure matters.
• Provide leadership to a team of paralegals and legal assistants.
• Engage with clients to deliver outstanding client experience and customer service.

Requirements

• Actively licensed in Illinois.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience practicing law in real estate or title industries.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to travel as needed, with limited travel outside the Chicago area.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
