Responsibilities
- Corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business planning, corporate governance, real estate, finance, and lending matters.
Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admitted to the Texas Bar, pending admission, or eligibility to become licensed in Texas.
- 1+ years of corporate transactional experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent drafting, research, writing, and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary $125,000 to $140,000+ DOE, with bonus opportunities.
