Corporate Mid-Level Associate

A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Corporate Mid-Level Associate with 6–8 years of M&A experience for a hybrid corporate law opportunity. This position is well suited for an experienced M&A attorney or corporate transactional associate seeking sophisticated deal work, direct partner and client interaction, and meaningful responsibility within a collaborative corporate practice.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base salary: $240,000–$290,000+ DOE
• 1,800-hour annual billable requirement
• Remote work schedule

Candidate Profile

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and corporate governance experience is preferred.
• The firm will also consider a Non-Equity Corporate Partner with an M&A focus, with or without a book of business.
