Our client, a nationally renowned plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeks an experienced personal injury attorney (plaintiff's preferred) with trial (1st chair) experience. 4 - 6+ years of litigation experience, with at least 3+ years of personal injury-related experience. * Experience managing a litigation caseload from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal matters to clients in a clear, compassionate manner. * Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively partner with and mentor paralegals, legal assistants, and other support staff. * Personal injury litigation experience representing plaintiffs. * Experience independently managing a high-volume litigation caseload. * Bilingual in English and Spanish a huge plus * Familiarity with Arizona courts, judges, and local rules. top salary plus bonus on pre-lit and litigation work ups.
