What You’ll Do:
- Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Participate in hearings and other court proceedings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Litigation experience preferred
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple matters
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn case management systems
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
