Attorney - Commercial Litigation (4-6 Years Experience Required)

Are you an attorney looking for a role at a growing boutique firm? We are seeking an Attorney with experience in commercial litigation, probate and trust disputes, contract drafting, and estate planning to join our collaborative and client-focused team.

What You Will Do

• Be involved in high-stakes business and probate litigation, including fiduciary disputes and shareholder conflicts.
• Draft and review contracts and agreements for closely held businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals.
• Guide clients through estate planning, including wills, trusts, and business succession strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a strategic mindset.
• Contribute to firm growth and business development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed in Florida.
• 4+ years of experience in litigation and transactional work.
• Proven trial or heavy motion practice experience.
• Knowledge of estate planning and contract law.
• Exceptional writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Comfortable with client management, leadership, and mentoring.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• A book of business is a plus, but not required.
• In person (Boca Raton, Florida) and full time
