Key Duties
- Draft and file complex pleadings, motions, and briefs in New York state and federal courts for commercial disputes, including breach of contract and business tort claims.
- Conduct legal research on New York Commercial Division rules and federal case law to develop litigation strategies for high-stakes commercial matters.
- Manage discovery processes, including e-discovery, drafting interrogatories, and preparing document production.
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations, advocating for favorable outcomes in disputes involving corporate governance and shareholder issues.
- Prepare trial materials, including witness examinations and evidentiary submissions, to advance client positions in commercial litigation proceedings.
