Civil Litigation AttorneyHall & Evans, LLC, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. Preferred qualifications include a 2-8 years' of prior experience defending civil litigation cases in Utah. Cases are primarily personal injury defense and construction defect defense.You'll gain hands-on experience interacting with clients, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and developing your skills in business development.We offer a hybrid work schedule (three days in-office, two remote), a Flexible Time Off policy, and fully covered medical, dental, and vision monthly premiums.Requirements:Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Utah, required;A strong work ethic and the ability to independently manage case files;Excellent communication and analytical skills;Exceptional research and writing skills;Interest in marketing and client development;Trial experience, preferred; and,Ability to travel.Are we the right fit for you?
