Key Responsibilities - Civil Litigation Attorney
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials

- Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on case strategies
Qualifications - Civil Litigation Attorney
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in The Florida Bar
- 1-5+ years of experience as a Florida attorney
- Experience in litigation related to real property, construction law, or contested probate is a plus
- Strong research and writing skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
