Join a highly regarded Boston boutique founded by trial legends, delivering aggressive courtroom advocacy in business disputes, real estate litigation, fiduciary claims, and complex torts for entrepreneurs, closely held companies, and high-net-worth individuals.

Why Join?

  • Real courtroom time from day one – argue motions, examine witnesses, and try cases in Suffolk Superior and the District of Massachusetts instead of endless doc review
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder every day with founding partners - two of Boston’s most respected trial attorneys who still carry full caseloads and personally mentor every associate
  • True hybrid flexibility with zero forced office policy – come in when it makes sense for court, client meetings, or collaboration; otherwise work from home with full technology support
  • Sophisticated boutique docket featuring $5M+ breach-of-fiduciary, partnership dissolution, and real estate partition trials that go the distance when settlement isn’t fair
  • $200K base salary targeting 1,850 flexible hours with performance bonuses, full medical/dental/vision paid 100% for employee + family, 401(k) match, 4 weeks PTO, and bar/cle dues covered in a no-drama, high-trust culture

Day-to-Day

  • Handle business break-ups, shareholder disputes, and fiduciary litigation from complaint through jury verdict
  • Draft and argue summary judgment motions, preliminary injunctions, and anti-SLAPP motions in Massachusetts state and federal courts
  • Take and defend depositions of CEOs, expert accountants, and adverse parties in high-stakes commercial cases
  • Prepare direct and cross-examination outlines for witnesses in bench and jury trials
  • Second-chair and eventually first-chair trials alongside Milton and Hannah in Suffolk, Middlesex, and federal courtrooms
