LITIGATION ATTORNEY / PARALEGAL

A well-established litigation firm is seeking Litigation Attorneys and Paralegals to join its growing California team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage/support litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal documents
- Assist with depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation
- Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Strong discovery and case management experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in one or more of the listed practice areas preferred
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between ($100,000 – $200,000) . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
