I am currently working with a Full-Service Law Firm, based in Maryland who are actively seeking an Attorney to join their team as they look to make expansion hires into the business. Here are some headlines:

Responsibilities

• Provide Legal Counsel on Real Estate Transactions: Advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of commercial properties, including complex joint ventures and real estate investment structures
• Draft, Review, and Negotiate Transaction Documents: Prepare and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and related real estate contracts with precision and attention to client objectives.
• Conduct Due Diligence and Manage Closings: Oversee title, zoning, environmental, and financial due diligence; coordinate closings and ensure smooth execution of complex real estate transactions.
• Advise Clients on Compliance and Risk Management: Stay current on Washington/Maryland and Federal Real Estate, land use, and environmental regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk across all phases of a deal.

Package

• Up to $225K Base Salary
• Performance Based Bonus
