This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney, based in the Las Vegas area, with some remote work flexibility. The Family Law Attorney will manage legal cases related to divorce, custody, and other family matters, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing and filing motions, and conducting depositions. Proficiency in Family Law and the ability to navigate legal issues
Experience drafting and reviewing legal motions and documentation
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
