Attorney Position
This is a full-time, on-site Attorney position based in Arlington, WA. The Attorney will be responsible for providing high-quality legal counsel and representation to clients, with a focus on practice areas such as real estate, estate planning, business law, and more. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, drafting documents, negotiating agreements, and offering expert legal advice to individuals and businesses. The Attorney will collaborate closely with clients, colleagues, and administrative staff to achieve favorable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in general law, with a specialization in real estate and litigation
- Strong skills in providing legal advice and conducting research
- Experience in negotiation to assist clients effectively in agreements and settlements
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Washington
- Proven experience in one or more of the firm's practice areas
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
