Prominent litigation firm in Agoura is seeking a General Liability Attorney with experience in:
- Insurance Defense, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury.
Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
- Adeptness in insurance defense
- Civil litigation experience
- Defense litigation experience required
- Proficiency in defense litigation
- Insurance Coverage experience
- Experience with Insurance Defense Litigation
- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent legal writing skills for discovery motions, motions for summary judgment and all trial motions
- Able to take and defend all levels of depositions from witnesses, parties and experts.
- First-rate academic credentials and references
- Licensed attorney and in good standing with the State of California
- 3+ years of experience drafting law and motion, discovery, and preparing for trial.
- Good demeanor and personality are a must
- Working knowledge of Abacus a must
- Spanish Speaking is a PLUS
