Duties
The incumbent serves as acquisition attorney at the Wright Patterson AFB location to the AFICC/CC and HQ AFICC staff elements. As acquisition attorney at Wright Patterson AFB, the incumbent advices the AFICC/CC, HQ AFICC staff, and subordinate elements on complex, major acquisitions program, commodity purchases, logistics programs, source selection and contract administration activities.
Recognized as a subject matter expert in government procurement law, the incumbent is fully knowledgeable of all major substantive federal laws, regulations, and policies relating to the practice of government procurement and related commercial law and litigation.
