Attending Physician / Medical Director

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide exceptional care across local skilled nursing facilities in Howell, Michigan. This full-time opportunity offers outstanding scheduling flexibility, a collaborative practice environment, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of post-acute and long-term care patients. As the attending physician, you will partner with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.

Practice Info

• Full-Time schedule serving local skilled nursing facilities
• Physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week
• 18 - 25 visits per day

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care across local skilled nursing facilities
• Make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of post-acute and long-term care patients
• Partner with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities

Compensation

• Exceptional compensation with earning potential exceeding industry benchmarks

Requirements

• Active MD or DO, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED
• Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
