ATM Software Engineer | Valparaiso, IN
Optomi is partnering with a leading financial technology company seeking an experienced ATM Software Engineer to support ATM software operations, payment processing technologies, and a specialized testing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot ATM software.
- Support ATM-to-payment switch communications and transaction processing.
- Analyze transaction messaging and resolve software integration issues.
- Perform software deployments, upgrades, and functionality testing.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–4+ years of hands-on ATM software engineering experience.
- Experience with NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, Hyosung, or similar ATM platforms.
- Strong understanding of ATM transaction messaging, communication protocols, and payment switch integrations.
- Experience troubleshooting ATM software and transaction-related issues.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong technical problem-solver with hands-on ATM software expertise.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal training.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of contributing immediately to a specialized engineering team.
