This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on configuration and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to improve delivery maturity across organizations.You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, leadership, and delivery organizations to design, implement, and optimize Jira Align and broader Atlassian ecosystem solutions that support agile at scale.This is a contract role, suited for someone comfortable working in consulting environments and navigating complex enterprise landscapes.What You’ll DoLead and support Jira Align implementations and enhancements across enterprise environmentsPartner with stakeholders to understand delivery models, agile maturity, and reporting needsConfigure Jira Align to support program-level planning, portfolio visibility, and execution trackingHelp define and implement governance, workflows, and best practices across teamsAlign Jira Align with Jira Software and other Atlassian toolsSupport agile transformation initiatives and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or similar)Provide guidance and training to delivery teams, product leaders, and executivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams in a consulting and client delivery environmentWho You AreYou bring both strategic thinking and hands-on Atlassian expertiseYou’re comfortable working with enterprise stakeholders and leadership teamsYou understand agile delivery at scale and how tools support transformationYou enjoy working in consulting environments and adapting to changing prioritiesYou communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiencesRequirementsStrong experience with Jira Align (required)Experience with Jira Software and the Atlassian ecosystemExperience supporting scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or similar preferred)Experience working in enterprise or consulting environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to translate delivery needs into practical tooling solutionsNice to HaveAtlassian certificationsExperience with agile transformation initiativesExperience working with distributed teamsExperience supporting large-scale delivery organizationsThank you for your interest in a career with Appnovation Technologies!
