Required:
- 5+ years of overall Atlassian experience
- Highly experienced with workflow automation
- Proficient with Groovy
- Experienced with third-party integrations via Connectors, Webhooks, REST API
Strongly desired:
- ServiceNow Administration and Development experience
- Experienced with ScriptRunner for Jira Server/Data Center and Jira Cloud
- Proficient with Nunjucks and Jira expressions
Good to have:
- Atlassian certifications (especially ACP-100, ACP-120)
- Okta administration
- Atlassian Access administration
- Knowledge of key ITSM concepts
- Understanding of various Agile software development methodologies
