Atlantic Regional VP, Benefits Compliance

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Benefits Compliance attorney to provide guidance on compliance with health and welfare laws including ERISA, PPACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and related statutes. The role involves training, seminars, and education of consultants and clients across the Atlantic Region.

Strong communication and 4+ years in employee benefits/compliance are required. Physical proximity to the Atlantic Region is preferred, with potential light travel to clients and offices.
