Atlanta Development Director: Donor Growth & Strategy

Posse Atlanta seeks a Development Director to lead fundraising efforts in collaboration with the site director and national team. You will plan strategies, cultivate donors, write proposals, and coordinate with volunteers and boards to advance annual revenue goals.

This role requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years in development, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets while advancing Posse's mission.
