We Are Looking For an Experienced ATE Test Engineering Leader to Drive Technical Excellence and Team Growth while shaping the strategy, infrastructure, and execution of production test for advanced semiconductor products.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of ATE Test Engineers across multiple experience levels.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee workforce planning, project prioritization, performance management, and career development.
  • Recruit and develop top engineering talent to support current and future business needs.
  • Define and execute the organization's ATE test strategy across multiple product lines.
  • Drive the development of scalable, production-ready test solutions for advanced semiconductor devices.
  • Ensure effective implementation of Design for Test (DFT) and manufacturing best practices to achieve quality, coverage, and efficiency goals.
  • Support new product introductions and production ramps while maintaining a strong focus on yield improvement and cost optimization.

Technical Leadership

  • Lead post-silicon validation, characterization, bring-up, and debug activities across complex product portfolios.
  • Guide root-cause investigations and drive resolution of silicon, test, and manufacturing challenges.
  • Partner closely with design, product engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
  • Provide technical direction on advanced test methodologies, coverage strategies, and product qualification activities.

Infrastructure & Automation

  • Own and optimize ATE development environments, lab operations, tester utilization, and hardware management.
  • Establish scalable processes for test program development, release management, and engineering productivity.
  • Drive automation initiatives, including modern software practices, CI/CD workflows, and AI-enabled engineering tools.
  • Improve operational efficiency through enhanced resource planning, infrastructure management, and development processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing ATE engineering teams.
  • Extensive hands-on expertise with Advantest V93000 (93K) platforms, SmarTest 7/SmarTest 8 (SMT8) .
  • Strong understanding of RF, analog, mixed-signal, and digital test methodologies.
  • Proven track record supporting silicon bring-up, characterization, production release, and yield optimization activities.
  • Experience managing ATE labs, tester infrastructure, load boards, and engineering resources.
  • Strong software and scripting skills using technologies such as Python, Perl, Java, C, and/or C++ .
