At-Risk Reading Paraprofessional
Goddard High School is seeking an At-Risk Reading Paraprofessional to assist students in the classroom. This position is 37.5 hours per week.
Position Overview
Successful candidate will engage in delivering instructional support and content delivery to students and will also work in supporting classroom teachers during instruction. Provides classroom and program support for students as directed by the principal or designated leading teacher. Assists with meeting established student outcomes based on students' capacity to master appropriate curriculum; reinforcement activities, preparation, scheduling, communication, students' personal needs, logistics as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with classroom instruction and activities
- Provide support to individual students or small groups
- Help reinforce academic and behavioral expectations
- Prepare instructional materials as directed
- Monitor student progress and assist with classroom management
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment
