The Opportunity

As an Assurance Supervisor, you'll serve as a key leader within the Audit & Assurance team while helping clients navigate financial reporting, compliance, risk management, and operational challenges.

You'll oversee client engagements, mentor staff, review work products, and partner with firm leadership to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement Leadership

• Plan, supervise, and complete audit and assurance engagements
• Review engagement workpapers and ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Resolve engagement issues and communicate significant matters to leadership
• Manage multiple engagements while maintaining deadlines and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and industry requirements

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Serve as a trusted resource throughout the engagement process
• Provide exceptional client service and proactive communication
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and expand service offerings
• Present audit findings and recommendations to clients and management teams

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Supervise Associates and Senior Associates
• Provide coaching, career guidance, and performance feedback
• Assist in training and developing future leaders within the practice
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Support recruiting, retention, and staff development initiatives
