This is an excellent opportunity to expand your technical expertise, develop leadership skills, and make an impact within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.This role can be based in one of our strategic growth markets, including **Indianapolis, St. Louis, or Dallas**.**How you'll *create opportunities* in this Assurance Senior role:*** Participate in audit, review, and compilation engagements serving financial institution clients.* Assist with engagement planning and all aspects of financial statement preparation.* Coordinate, delegate, and review the work of Associates to help ensure quality and timely client service.* Support the development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.* Collect and analyze data to identify control deficiencies, duplicated efforts, fraud risks, and non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.* Perform analytical reviews of financial information and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.* Build strong relationships with clients and team members while contributing to a positive team culture.**What you will need:*** 2 years of relevant experience required* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.* Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred* Prior experience with an established public accounting or professional services firm is preferred.
