Assistant General Manager
In this AGM role, you will oversee, manage, and lead the daily operations of the cafe.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring high customer service standards, develop the hourly team, and maintain restaurant quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Full‑Service Salaried Manager experience
- Strong Back of House background
- Proven track record of leading and developing an hourly team
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
