Our client is a hospital providing care for dogs and cats and is hiring an Associate Veterinarian. This position is full-time preferred, although part-time options can be discussed for the right candidate. The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for the full scope of general practice responsibilities, including internal medicine, wellness and preventive care, surgery, dentistry, and more. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and closed on Sundays. It is well-equipped with digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, in-house laboratories, and additional modern veterinary equipment. Facilities include a dedicated surgical suite, dental suite, and in-house pharmacy. The hospital provides a full scope of GP services, including wellness care, preventative medicine, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry. Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA). Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so.
