Key Eligibility Criteria

  • Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of civil litigation experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication, self‑starter mentality, and ability to prioritize high‑volume workloads.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements.
  • Conducting fact investigations and legal research.
  • Managing client communication and providing case updates.
  • Defending and taking depositions.
  • Participating in mediations and court procedures.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

  • Base Salary: Starting $105,000.00 per annum.
  • Incentives: Performance‑based incentive plan up to $15,000 per calendar year.
  • Benefits: Includes medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, CLE reimbursement.
