Key Eligibility Criteria
- Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of civil litigation experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, self‑starter mentality, and ability to prioritize high‑volume workloads.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements.
- Conducting fact investigations and legal research.
- Managing client communication and providing case updates.
- Defending and taking depositions.
- Participating in mediations and court procedures.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
- Base Salary: Starting $105,000.00 per annum.
- Incentives: Performance‑based incentive plan up to $15,000 per calendar year.
- Benefits: Includes medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, CLE reimbursement.
