The Associate position at TASTE Westhampton is the "face of TASTE" - you will interact directly with our fabulous customers in all aspects of the store, providing legendary service consistently by:
- Operating the register, taking guest's orders accurately, politely and enthusiastically, while ensuring transactions are settled correctly
- Helping guests over the phone and in store, with extensive knowledge of our menu and catering offerings
- Helping with on-the-fly needs of guests and members of Team TASTE
- Working with other front of house staff and back of house staff to ensure all orders are delivered to the guests quickly and accurately
- Other duties as assigned
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, crouch, twist, and turn throughout each shift.
- Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch while lifting and moving up to 30 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds or more.
- Must have manual dexterity to handle and feel items, operate the register, and use phone systems; reach with hands and arms between 6-72 inches.
- Must be able to talk and hear both from a distance and in close proximity.
