We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Wealth Management Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that support our firm's mission to deliver exceptional financial advisory services. Your duties will include transcribing dictations, managing client correspondence, and maintaining meticulous client case files. As an Associate Wealth Management Advisor, you will participate in client meetings to develop and present financial or investment plans, providing technical explanations and discussing our advisory products and performance. Long-term, you will manage your own relationships and be the primary point of contact for those clients. Responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Sitting second chair to a Senior Advisor and transcribing dictations, processing correspondence, maintaining client case files. You will be a go to resource for our clients when questions arise outside of client meetings.
- Participate in client meetings for financial or investment plan development or presentation.
- Provide technical explanations of financial and investment plans to clients.
- Work with the Senior Advisor and planning team to develop planning recommendations.
- After learning the firms process and financial planning philosophy, you will service certain segments of our clientele. For these clients, you will be the primary point of contact between the client and the Panoptic brand.
- Proactively seek and cultivate referrals from existing clients by delivering exceptional service and confidently asking for introductions to potential new clients when appropriate.
- Maintain familiarity with industry and economic trends.
- Maintain knowledge of and shows ability to apply compliance standards.
- Works collegially and productively with clients, peers and other team members.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- 4-year Bachelor degree (finance/accounting/economics degree preferred).

Experience:
- 2 years of financial planning experience.
- 2 years of managing client relationships or client engagement.
- Series 63 and 7 licenses (Required within 6 months of starting).
- There is an expectation that you will pursue advanced financial planning credentials (CFP, WMCP, RICP, etc).

Compensation:
- Compensation will be finalized during the interview process and will be driven by specific industry and client relationship experience.
