This role leads day-to-day operations across a team of approximately 100+ specialists and managers, spanning numerous lines of business within a single enterprise organization. The AVP directly manages 5-7 Director-level leaders and reports to the VP/SVP of our Strategy Team.As a senior leader at Kepler, you'll also be responsible for growing the Client Services organization, developing industry-leading media approaches and frameworks, identifying and codifying best practices, and refining Kepler's unique approach to planning, client management, and media deployment.This is not a traditional account management role.
We are seeking a seasoned digital media leader who combines deep technical expertise with executive-level client leadership.
