Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000 Base Salary + No Negative Accrual. 4‑day work week with no weekend hours or on‑call shifts.

Responsibilities
- Maintain AAHA and Cat‑Friendly standards in a modern, purpose‑built environment.
- Provide advanced diagnostics: high‑volume digital dentistry, in‑house ultrasonography, laparoscopy.
- Manage a diverse case mix: routine wellness, urgent care, surgery—without ER burnout.
Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree.
- Active (or pending) Utah Veterinary License.
