Overview
Stonyridge Veterinary Services is seeking a full‑time Veterinarian in Troy, OH. The practice offers a weekday schedule, no weekends, autonomy in patient care, a supportive team, and a loyal client base. A competitive sign‑on bonus, relocation allowance when needed, and additional bonuses at one and two‑year anniversaries are provided.
Responsibilities
Perform general small animal medicine, including wellness, preventive care, and complex medical cases. Lead cases independently and collaborate with staff. Perform primary care procedures as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in small animal medicine (dogs & cats)
- Confidence managing wellness and sick appointments
- Proficiency in general surgery (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build client trust
- Experience working with and mentoring veterinary support staff
Experience & Skills
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent required
- State Veterinary Board license in good standing for the state of hire
- Active DEA license or eligibility for licensure
