You will uphold high standards of medical excellence and collaborate within a supportive team environment. Mentorship is available for those interested in growing surgical skills.
Experience & Skills Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
- State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state of employment prior to start date.
- Active DEA license or eligibility for DEA licensure.
About The Hospital
East San Rafael Veterinary Clinic is a small animal practice located in the North Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. It is a full‑service medical facility equipped with modern ultrasound, digital radiology, endoscopy, and dentistry. The team has over 40 years of experience caring for pets in Marin County.

Our developed mentorship program and schedule are tailored for your success, with organization‑wide support to help you grow professionally.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday, 7:30 am – 3:00 pm. We serve San Rafael, Mill Valley, Novato, Fairfax, Larkspur, and Sonoma.

Compensation
Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience, with an annual PROSAL full‑time range starting at $150,000. The actual salary offered will take into account a broad range of factors.
