About the Role :-
Provide high-quality general practice care during weekdays (with weekend expansion coming soon).
Manage diverse medical and surgical cases with the support of Emergency and Specialty teams.
Collaborate across departments (Surgery, Oncology, Internal Medicine).

Compensation & Benefits :-
Base plus production model reflecting experience and skills
GP vets: Base around $150K + 20% production
ER vets: Average annual income around $250K - $400K+, depending on experience, schedule, surgeries, and diagnostic skills
All compensation negotiable and above national averages

Ideal Candidate:-
DVM or equivalent, with (or eligible for) Alaska veterinary licensure
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Competent in general medicine and surgery
