A privately owned, full-service small animal hospital in Neosho, MO is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its close-knit, well-established team!
Founded over 26 years ago this practice is run by two passionate and experienced Veterinarians as well as a dedicated practice manager who has been with the clinic since it's foundation. The team have built a loyal, and strong community-based client following, including a strong network of reputable local breeders, so there is a larger-than-average puppy caseload.

The team always do what they can for their clients and their pets. The team recently invested in new digital X-ray equipment and a brand-new ultrasound unit, alongside updated in-house bloodwork analyzers, and is planning further facility upgrades to the waiting area and exam spaces.
The clinic operates Monday through Thursday surgery mornings, with afternoons and Fridays typically dedicated to appointments and walk-ins. There are no weekend or major holiday requirements, and scheduling is flexible, with the practice open to both full-time and part-time arrangements. Doctors are supported by a team of cross-trained veterinary assistants, with most days offering at least two assistants per veterinarian to keep things moving smoothly.
The team are open to veterinarians of all experience levels and are happy to tailor a caseload to your clinical preferences, whether that is surgery, internal medicine, or simply seeing wellness appointments. New graduates are also encouraged to apply, with hands-on mentorship from experienced DVM ownership, including exposure to niche procedures not typically covered in school.
